You're purchasing a DIGITAL FILE, not a physical good.

I have the right to decline your request if I don't feel comfortable, is outside of my skill set or is lacking visual references\information.

You may use the Artwork for PERSONAL USE including but not limited to: pfp, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

Credit must always be given to StarryNekoART.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

I prohibit the use of my art for NFT's or AI learning.

I only accept payments in USD through Paypal Invoices or Ko-Fi.

Payments must be paid in full and upfront before any work is started.

You are given 7 DAYS to pay the invoice in FULL. Failure to do so will cancel your request & lose your slot.

Repeat failure to pay invoices on time will result in being blacklisted.

The client is responsible for rectifying failed payments with their bank.

Please be advised all prices listed are starting prices and may increase due to complexity & other add-on fees.

Full refunds are only available if no work has been started.

If I've sent you a sketch you are only eligible for 50% refund.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email or via google drive), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.

If you wish to use the artwork commercially for merchandise or branding you are required to pay an additional 85% of the total price of the commissioned artwork. You will then receive a transparent version of the full resolution image without my watermark.

When using the artwork commercially you are still required to credit me, StarryNekoART.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.

Please note that I don't always work in order and will work on what's easiest for me first.

No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

Do not excessively message me about commission updates, this will not get your order done quicker.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

After accepting your request and receiving full payment you'll be put into "Starting Soon" in my public queue on trello.

Depending on how much work is lined up in queue it may take up to 21-48 business days to send you a sketch.

After receiving your sketch, you may request adjustments. Any major adjustments (ex: changing poses) will cost an additional fee.

Commissions are usually completed within 1-4 weeks after receiving the initial sketch. Sometimes longer depending on many factors such as: Health, complexity or family issues.

Upon approval I will move onto lining & coloring your commission. At this phase you may ask for color adjustments only.

I will send you a final preview of the finished artwork to make last minute color changes.

When approved, I will prepare the files and send them through email or Google Drive.

I will keep those files available on Google Drive up to 30 DAYS. I'm not responsible for keeping your files so make sure to download them as soon as possible.

If you somehow forget to claim the files, there will be a **$25 file recovery fee to resend those files.
